ALL Sellers must fit the following criteria on assets that they have for our buyers:
A. Be direct to an off market asset or can immediately put in contact to a direct agent or owner. (No daisy chains).
B. Have something that fits our criteria (see our requests below).
C. Can provide financials immediately once we get paperwork squared away i.e. (After NDA, LOI and/or POF).
D. Have done proper vetting and verifying confirming the asset is available and the seller is willing to sell.
E. Be a licensed real estate broker or agent (Unless high level connectors).
F. Make sure the asset is truly off market and is not on Loopnet, Costar or any other internet publication.
